Is my money safe?
Yes. You pay into KaziTu when you hire, and we hold the money until you approve the finished work. Unused money goes back to your KaziTu balance.
What does it cost?
Posting a task is free. You pay the price you agree with the worker, nothing more: KaziTu's service fee (usually 30%) comes out of that payment when you approve.
Who will do my task?
Kenyans with real skills, from designers and bookkeepers to cleaners, riders and fundis. Everyone shares an ID document and signs our terms before their first bid, and you can see their ratings and reviews.
What if the work is not right?
Ask for changes before you approve. The worker sees exactly what to fix on the checklist, and your money stays held until you are happy.
How do I set the price?
Your choice: name a fixed price, keep a budget hidden and let people bid, or ask workers to name their price and pick the offer you like.
